Taylor Trunk in very good condition. I am not sure of the age but it is
marked that Taylor Trunks was established in 1859. There is a warranty
certificate inside the trunk and is marked with the owners name, G L
Combs. The trunk measures 34.5 inches wide, 21 inches deep and 25 inches
high. Please see all of the pictures.
Boot Scraper is probably late 1800's or beginning of the 20th century. This was placed at the door for those entering to scrape off their shoes or boots before coming into the house. The boot scraper looks like it wasn't used at all. The scraper bars at the bottom turn so that you can beat off the dirt from the shoes and the bars are attached with latches so that it can be removed for cleaning. Ca 1900.
Excellent condition.
Height: 28.5 in.
